The Southwest Ohio Regional Transit Authority (SORTA) is seeking proposals for "on-street marketing teams" to staff community events during the years 2026 and 2027. The teams will be responsible for representing SORTA at major community events, raising awareness about SORTA's progress, educating the public about SORTA's importance, and increasing community support. The teams may also promote SORTA's recruiting efforts to attract bus operators. The contractor will be required to provide staffing, recruit and assign team members, coordinate schedules, and hold all necessary licenses and insurance. The contractor will also be required to provide post-event reports, photos, and videos. Some key responsibilities of the contractor include: • Providing staffing to represent SORTA at major community events • Recruiting and assigning team members • Coordinating schedules and being responsible for all record-keeping and administration • Holding all necessary licenses, insurance, and documentation for team members • Providing post-event reports and photos/videos The contract term will be two years, and the award will be made to the firm whose proposal is considered most advantageous to SORTA, considering cost and all other factors.
