Description
The Los Angeles Harbor Department is seeking bids for the design, construction, and delivery of four monohull foam collar full-cabin outboard motor powerboat vessels. The vessels shall meet the specifications outlined in the bid document, including length, beam, deadrise, draft, max HP, top speed, and other requirements. The bid shall include all delivery charges and fees, excluding sales tax. The contractor shall provide a production schedule and delivery date within 21 days of the award of the contract.
• The vessels shall be designed and constructed to meet the needs of the Los Angeles Harbor Department Port Police.
• The contractor shall provide a detailed production schedule and delivery date.
• The contractor shall ensure that all materials and services supplied conform to the applicable requirements of the City Charter, City Ordinances, and all applicable State and Federal Laws.
• The contractor shall comply with the City's non-discrimination policy and shall not discriminate in employment practices against any employee or applicant for employment.
• The contractor shall indemnify and hold the City of Los Angeles harmless from any and all liability whatsoever that may arise or be claimed by reason of any acts of the contractor, contractor's employees, and agents.
