Description
The US Army is seeking a vendor to provide conference rooms, meals, and other services for the 1172ND PreMob Yellow Ribbon event on 23 August 2026 in Tennessee. The event will require a general session room, breakout rooms, and childcare rooms, as well as meals and beverages for 285 people. The vendor will be responsible for setting up and tearing down the event space, providing audiovisual equipment, and ensuring that all services are provided in accordance with the Performance Work Statement.
Some key requirements of the contract include:
• Providing a general session room that can seat 275 people
• Providing two breakout rooms for childcare
• Providing a continental breakfast and a buffet-style lunch
• Ensuring that all rooms have internet connectivity and audiovisual equipment
• Providing linen tablecloths and servers for meal service
