Description
The Department of Veterans Affairs is seeking to purchase 7 vaccine refrigerators, brand name or equal to TempArmour (Model # BFRV84), for the Puget Sound VAMC. The refrigerators must be able to maintain temperatures of 2-8 degrees C for up to 6 days during power outages and meet pharmaceutical grade criteria. The contract will be awarded based on price only, and the award will be made to the offeror that represents the best value to the Government.
• The refrigerators must have a warranty of at least 2 years and 5 years on the compressor.
• The refrigerators must meet CDC and VFC vaccine program requirements and recommendations.
• The refrigerators must have a certified and calibrated temperature data logger.
• The refrigerators must have an organization system with 5 baskets and storage dividers and trays provided.
• The refrigerators must be able to store 220 boxes of 10-.5ml vials or 70 boxes of 10 single dose syringes.
