The City of Mesa is seeking qualified vendors to supply a range of turf‑maintenance equipment and related mechanical supplies for its municipal parks and maintenance yards. The contract will be a fixed‑price, three‑year agreement with the possibility of two additional one‑year renewals and a short‑term month‑to‑month extension after the final term. Multiple vendors may be awarded contracts based on price and ability to meet the detailed product specifications outlined in Attachment E. Pricing must be submitted on a standard Excel sheet, and a uniform percentage discount off the list price must be applied to each individual catalog item. Deliveries are required within ten days of order receipt at two designated maintenance yards in Mesa, and all vendors must comply with insurance, tax, and debarment disclosures.

• Contract term: 3 years (Jan 1 2026 – Dec 31 2028) with up to two one‑year renewals and possible 6‑month post‑term extension.
