The State of Arizona (ADCRR) is seeking a qualified construction‑manager‑at‑risk (CMAR) firm to upgrade fire‑suppression and fire‑alarm systems across multiple units of the Arizona State Prison Complex – San Luis (Yuma). The contractor will provide pre‑construction services (cost estimating, constructability review, GMP development) and execute construction under a guaranteed‑maximum‑price (GMP) arrangement, complying with NFPA/I‑3 fire‑code, state security requirements, and extensive safety and reporting protocols. The award value is estimated at $9 M, with substantial completion required by March 2028.
