Description
The Puerto Rico Army National Guard (PRARNG) is seeking a contractor to provide a meeting package for the 190th EN BN Pre-Deployment Event on 8 August 2026. The package should include services such as lodging, hotel/motel, and other related services. The contractor will be responsible for providing a firm-fixed-price quote for the services. The government intends to award a single purchase order resulting from this solicitation.
• The contractor must provide a completed SF 1449 and a copy of their vendor quote with pricing sheet.
• The contractor must submit their quote via electronic mail to [email protected].
• The government will evaluate quotes based on the capability to meet the requirement, price, and other factors.
• The award will be made to the responsible quoter whose quote is determined to be the most advantageous to the government.
