The VA is seeking a full‑service, net‑of‑utilities lease for a new Community‑Based Outpatient Clinic in Conroe, Texas. The selected lessor must provide a turnkey facility meeting extensive VA, GSA, and federal code requirements, including building‑shell construction, tenant‑improvements, HVAC, fire protection, security Level II, and compliance with FGI, ASHRAE, and accessibility standards.
