Description
The U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service is seeking quotations for the purchase of 110 gallons of Rotenone-Active Ingredients: Rotenone - 5.00%, Cube Resins other than Rotenone - 5.00%. The product will be used for the treatment of invasive fish in wetlands on the Bear Lake National Wildlife Refuge. The contractor shall deliver the product in 1-gallon or 2.5-gallon jugs, with 2.5-gallon jugs being the preferred packaging. The product must be free from defects and contamination, and storage conditions during transit must preserve its efficacy.
• The product must meet all applicable regulatory standards, including EPA registration and labeling requirements.
• The contractor must ensure timely delivery to the Bear Lake NWR shop on or before August 15th, 2026.
• The contractor must provide product documentation, including Safety Data Sheets (SDS), usage instructions, EPA registration certificate, and certification of compliance with environmental and safety regulations.
