Description
The City of Lynchburg is soliciting bids for the Ivy Creek Innovation Park Sites A & B Development Projects, which consist of three concurrent construction efforts: an access road to the Innovation Park, a graded pad at Site B, and a two‑phase graded pad at Site A. All work will be funded through a mix of city funds, VDOT Economic Access funds, and VEDP VBRSP funds, and the projects are intended to support the broader Ivy Creek Innovation Park Master Plan.
