Description
The Town of Lilesville is seeking qualified, licensed general contractors to provide housing rehabilitation services for approximately 6 low/moderate income, owner-occupied single-family properties. The services may include removal of interior walls, electrical system upgrades, plumbing system upgrades, and installation of new HVAC units, among others. Contractors will be required to participate in regular in-person and/or virtual meetings and arrange their schedule for weekly virtual inspections. The bid package can be obtained from the Centralina Regional Council website or the Town of Lilesville website.
• The project is funded by a $750,000 grant from the North Carolina Department of Commerce.
• The bid submission deadline is November 14th, 2025.
• The bid opening date is November 17th, 2025.
• Contractors must complete a "Contractor Application" and be approved by the Town.
• The project duration is approximately 6 months.
