Request for Information - F-15 Signal Interface Unit (SIU) Depot Activation Capabilities

The Air Force Lifecycle Management Center, F-15 Directorate (AFLCMC/WAQ) is conducting market research to identify potential sources capable of fielding Depot Activation capabilities for the F-15EX program. The objective of this depot activation program is to establish F-15EX organic maintenance capabilities while maximizing utilization of existing F-15 legacy assets. The contractor will be responsible for identifying requirements, designing and building specialized test equipment, and providing training to USAF maintenance technicians. The contractor will also be required to negotiate and implement partnering agreements with the original equipment manufacturer and the government. • The F-15EX program is a multi-role weapon system that leverages over $5B of foreign military sales investment and capability enhancements. • The contractor will be expected to provide Depot Activation capabilities for the F-15EX's current Signal Interface Unit (SIU). • The contractor will be required to identify all necessary requirements, maximizing the utilization of existing F-15 legacy capabilities. • The contractor will be expected to provide training to USAF maintenance technicians within 30 days of final acceptance.
