Amendment 1 of Snow Removal Equipment Rental for Fort Wainwright, Alaska

The US Army is seeking a contractor to provide snow removal equipment rental services for the Fort Wainwright Training Areas in Alaska. The contractor will be required to provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and other items necessary to provide material handling equipment (MHE) rental. The equipment required includes all-wheel drive motor graders and wheel loaders. The contract will be for a firm-fixed-price and will include an estimated 20 man-hours for maintenance and replacement support. The work will be performed at the Fort Wainwright Training Areas, and the contractor will be required to comply with all applicable federal, state, and local codes and standards. • The contractor will be required to deliver the equipment no later than 12 January 2026. • The contractor will be required to provide maintenance and replacement support for the equipment. • The contractor will be required to comply with all applicable federal, state, and local codes and standards. • The contractor will be required to obtain all licenses and permits required for performance of work. • The contractor will be required to submit invoices via Wide Area Work Flow (WAWF).
