The State of West Virginia’s Purchasing Division, on behalf of the Adjutant General’s Office, is seeking bids to fully renovate the Sergeant Major’s Cottage at Camp Dawson (Kingwood, WV). The contract covers all labor, materials, tools, equipment, supplies, and supervision required to complete the renovation per attached drawings and specifications, including an optional alternate for a crawl‑space access door and concrete porch slab. A mandatory pre‑bid meeting is scheduled, and all vendors must attend to be eligible. Bids are due by the bid‑opening date of September 9, 2026. The award will be a fixed‑period construction contract to be completed within one year.
