Description
The City of Alpharetta is seeking bids from qualified vendors to provide street and parking deck sweeping services. The service shall include the sweeping, removal, and lawful disposal of roadway and curbline debris along designated routes, as well as debris removal within City-owned parking decks. Key requirements include:
• Sweeping and disposal of debris collected during each sweeping event for designated routes and lane miles
• Utilization of appropriately sized sweeper trucks with factory-installed dust suppression systems
• Compliance with state, federal, and local laws related to equipment, labor, and disposal
• Availability of a spare sweeper of the same size or larger capacity
• Provision of insurance, maintenance, and repair of equipment
• Supervision of employees and coordination with the City's designated individual
The City intends to award a contract for an initial term of one year, with the option to renew for up to four additional one-year terms, subject to mutual agreement.
