On-Call Sewer Utility, Water, & Other Engineering Services for Planning & Public Works

Pierce County is seeking multiple firms to provide engineering services for sewer and water utility operations. The scope of work includes wastewater treatment, collection system, water treatment and distribution, programming, electrical, and structural services. The consultant will be required to comply with grant requirements and provide information to the County to comply with reporting requirements and deadlines. The initial contract period is anticipated to be 24 months, with the option to renew for an additional three years. • The consultant shall provide engineering, permitting, bid assistance, construction management, and other related supplemental professional services as required by the County. • The consultant shall have experience and qualifications in providing the services being requested. • The consultant shall have a team with the necessary skills and expertise to complete the scope of work. • The consultant shall have a proven track record of completing similar projects on time and within budget. • The consultant shall have a comprehensive quality control and quality assurance program in place.
