Description
The City of Philadelphia is seeking bids for the provision of a Vertical File Cabinet - Legal, 4 Drawer, Tan. The cabinet should have dimensions of 18 x 25 x 52 inches, weigh 98 pounds or more, and have full extension locking drawers. The cabinet should also include 2 keys and have high side walls to hold hanging files. The successful bidder will be required to deliver the cabinet to the City Commissioners Purchasing department. The bid will be awarded to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder.
• The bid is for a micro purchase, and the City reserves the right to award the bid as a whole or by line item.
• The bidder must quote all items in order to be eligible for award.
• The bidder must not deliver or provide services until notified by the department.
• The City is collecting data on LGBTQ-owned businesses and encourages bidders to self-identify as LGBTQ-owned.
