California Dept. of Food and Agriculture is seeking a qualified contractor to repair the well‑pump system at the Mt. Pass Border Inspection Station. The work includes removal of the existing pump, installation of a new WILO USA bowl assembly, installation of nine new column‑pipe sections and nine new line‑shaft sections, and functional testing. The contractor must be an authorized WILO USA vendor, hold a C57 well‑drilling license, and be registered with the California DIR for public‑works projects. The contract is a one‑year, fixed‑price award with a mandatory 20 % contingency, a payment bond (if > $25 k), and DVBE/sub‑contractor participation requirements.
