This solicitation awards a firm‑fixed‑price contract to provide comprehensive chemical testing and treatment services for cooling‑tower, closed‑loop, hot‑water boiler and steam‑boiler water systems located at Fort Bragg and associated Army facilities (Pope Field, Camp Mackall, Simmons Army Airfield, Airborne Special Operations Museum, Linden Oaks). The contractor must furnish all personnel, equipment, supplies, transportation, tools, supervision and related non‑personal services, and must submit monthly Service Contract Reporting (SCR) via SAM.gov.
