The US Army is seeking information from industry partners to support the planning efforts for a UH-60M Commercial Modification Program. The program aims to integrate emerging capabilities into the existing Black Hawk fleet, enabling continuous transformation of Army Aviation formations at scale. The Request for Information (RFI) seeks to gain an early understanding of the industrial base's manufacturing capabilities, including airframe repairs, component overhauls, and upgrades/modernizations. The RFI is not a commitment to procure any goods or services, and responses will be treated as informational only.
• The program will require a stable and affordable industrial base strategy to support defense and domestic operations.
• The RFI is seeking information on the industrial base's capabilities, partnership preferences, and views on risks and opportunities.
• The program will augment the Army's sustainment enterprise, providing additional capacity for airframe repairs and component overhauls.
• The RFI includes a draft Statement of Work (SOW) that addresses overhaul of components, airframe repairs, and upgrades/modernizations.
