The Town of Paradise is seeking a qualified Architectural and Engineering (A&E) firm to prepare a comprehensive Facilities Master Plan (FMP) and provide A&E services for the design of a new Public Works Corporation Yard. The contract will be for a period of three years or until the completion of the construction of the Corporation Yard, whichever is sooner, unless extended by the Town Council.
Key aspects of the project include:
• Delivering a Townwide Facilities Master Plan that prioritizes modernization, safety, and long-term sustainability
• Completing a Corporation Yard site evaluation within four weeks of project start
• Preparing a Council-ready recommendation for the preferred Corporation Yard site
• Providing cost estimating and implementation strategies for all major facilities
• Collaborating with CalFire or similar state agencies on shared or prototype fire station concepts
• Ensuring compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local regulations, including those governing equal employment opportunity and prevailing wage laws
