Description
The Department of Conservation and Recreation (DCR) is establishing a rolling‑enrollment Master Agreement to provide fire‑management planning services across state lands. Contractors will develop fire management plans, community wildfire protection plans, prescribed‑burn plans, resource inventories, GIS mapping, regulatory compliance analyses, training assessments, and public outreach materials on an as‑needed basis. Up to ten contractors may be awarded, each working on individual project tasks under the master contract, with hourly billing and mileage reimbursement. The solicitation is open to small‑business participants and requires compliance with environmental‑preference, electronic funds transfer, and prompt‑payment discount provisions.
