Nashua Special School Building Committee Stellos Stadium Walkway Construction

The Nashua Joint Special School Building Committee is soliciting bids from qualified firms for the construction of asphalt walkways at Stellos Stadium. The project involves installing two new asphalt walkways, one 7 feet wide x 420 LF and the other 6 feet wide x 142 LF, to provide access to the Visitor’s bleachers. The work includes excavation, embankment, crushed gravel, and bituminous sidewalk construction. The contractor will be responsible for locating underground utilities, coordinating with the Parks Department, and ensuring the constructed walkway meets current ADA requirements. Key aspects of the project include: • Construction of 2 new asphalt walkways • Installation of walkways around the south end zone and along the northwest edge of the field • Coordination with the Parks Department • Compliance with ADA requirements • Location of underground utilities • Damage caused to existing infrastructure is the responsibility of the contractor
