Description
The City of Muskogee is seeking bids for the repair, resurfacing, and restriping of the Hatbox VA Parking Lot. The project includes furnishing all labor and materials necessary for the work. Bidders must bid on all items of the contract, and the whole work will be awarded as a single contract to the lowest responsible bidder. A mandatory pre-bid conference is scheduled for June 24, 2025. The bid security will be retained until approval of contract and execution of satisfactory bonds by the successful bidder.
• The project requires a Payment Bond, a Performance Bond, and Maintenance Bond, each in the full amount of the contract.
• The City will not accept letters of credit in lieu of any bond required.
• Bidders must supply all the information required by the bid and proposal form, including completion of affidavits.
• The City reserves the right to evaluate bids, reject any or all bids, and waive any informality in any bid.
