Budget estimate

$20,000 – $200,000

The contract’s revenue is driven by the lease price paid by the successful bidder. With a minimum of $280 per acre and a total of roughly 180 acre‑feet (assuming similar acreage), the minimum revenue could be around $20,000, while bidders could negotiate higher rates up to several hundred thousand dollars, potentially reaching $200,000 or more depending on acreage allocated and negotiated price.
