Description
The County of Brunswick is seeking sealed bids for the design‑build installation of a reclaimed‑water transmission system (Ocean Ridge Reclaimed Waterline). The base scope includes 7,250 ft of 16‑in. waterline, appurtenances, trenching, directional drilling, erosion control, grading, and connections to existing infrastructure. Two alternates are offered: (1) 650 ft of 8‑in. line and (2) telemetry and flow‑meter equipment with 3,500 ft of 2‑in. PVC conduit. Bids must be submitted by 3 PM ET Nov 19 2026; an optional pre‑bid meeting is on Oct 20 2026. A 5 % bid bond is required, and the contract is a single‑prime, lump‑sum award to be completed within 365 days of notice to proceed.
