Description
The Department of the Air Force is seeking a contractor to provide replacement office furniture for Buildings 327 and 328. The furniture includes classroom furniture, operations center furniture, and staff office space furniture. The contractor will be responsible for delivering, setting up, and installing the furniture, as well as removing and disposing of the old furniture. The contract will be for a period of 120 calendar days after award.
• The contractor must provide furniture that meets the specified requirements, including tables, chairs, desks, and storage units.
• The contractor must deliver and install the furniture in accordance with the specified schedule and location.
• The contractor must remove and dispose of the old furniture in an environmentally responsible manner.
• The contractor must provide a contract manager who will be responsible for the performance of the services.
• The contractor must ensure that all personnel working on the contract have the necessary clearances and follow all safety and security protocols.
