Laser Toner Cartridges

The State of Mississippi, Department of Finance and Administration, is seeking proposals for laser toner cartridges. The contract will be a non-exclusive, negotiated contract, and vendors must provide OEM and compatible toner cartridges for various printer models. The vendor must also provide a price list with a 25% discount from the manufacturer's suggested retail price. The contract term will be from June 1st to May 31st, with a firm pricing for a 12-month period. • The vendor must provide all products and services in strict accordance with the specifications outlined. • The vendor must provide a dealers' list and associated requirements. • The vendor must provide a price list spreadsheet with pricing in an Excel format. • The vendor must complete the internal catalog spreadsheet(s) in their entirety. • The vendor must provide a purchase summary if they currently have a contract with the State of Mississippi.
