BID 26-36 Bridge Viaduct Artistic Lighting - Fixtures and Controls

This invitation seeks a qualified vendor to supply and integrate dynamic lighting fixtures and control systems for the Bridge Viaduct in Evanston. The work includes providing all materials, programming static lighting scenes, and implementing time‑based sequences, funded by ARPA monies and required to be completed by the end of 2026. The vendor must be registered in SAM.gov and capable of delivering and installing weather‑proof outdoor lighting solutions. • Supply of outdoor lighting fixtures (floodlights, spotlights, etc.) as specified on the plans. • Installation of control equipment and programming of static scenes and timed sequences. • Integration with existing infrastructure, compliance with ARPA funding requirements, and completion by 12/31/2026.
