Description
This contract awards the painting and coating of the North Ohio Overpass structures, including bridge fencing, integrated lighting, light poles, concrete barriers, and the pedestrian‑railroad rail. All work must use high‑performance epoxy and fluoropolymer systems supplied by Tnemec, following strict surface‑preparation standards, color specifications (RAL 6026 Green, RAL 9016 White, RAL 2002 Red, metallic copper), and coating thicknesses. The bid is a lump‑sum, unit‑price solicitation with several line items (mobilization, traffic control, painting, containment & disposal). The successful bidder must submit manufacturer data sheets, color chips, QA documentation, and attend a pre‑application coordination meeting with the City, the railroads, and the coating manufacturer. Substantial completion is required by October 15 2027 and final completion by November 12 2027.
