Vaccine Refrigerator

The City of Philadelphia is seeking bids for the purchase of a vaccine refrigerator. The refrigerator must meet the NSF/ANSI 456 Vaccine Storage Standard and have a storage volume of 25.2 cu ft. The bid will be awarded to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder. The city reserves the right to award the bid as a whole or by line item, whichever is in the best interest of the city. • The refrigerator must be a high-performance, medical-grade unit. • The unit must have a temperature range of +2°C to +10°C and a set point of +5°C. • The unit must have a power switch, a microprocessor with touchscreen input and display, and a lockable door with password-protected settings. • The unit must have a certification to NSF/ANSI 456 Vaccine Storage Standard. • The city requires the seller to quote all items in order to be eligible for the award. • The seller must not deliver or provide services until notified by the department.
