Cedars of Lebanon SP Nature Center/Gift Shop Reno

This solicitation is for the complete renovation of the Cedars of Lebanon State Park Nature Center and Gift Shop in Lebanon, TN. The contractor must supply all materials, equipment, supplies, and labor to demolish existing finishes, install new concrete slab, framing, drywall, insulation, lighting, doors, gutters, flooring, painting, and related finish work. The scope includes demolition of tile, carpet, drywall, ceilings, lighting, gutters, doors, and removal of existing fixtures; installation of new concrete (≈25 yd³), new lumber, framing, drywall, insulation (Rockwool, Owens‑Corning), 18 new HALO can lights, new exterior doors (JELD‑WEN, Home Depot models), gutters, culvert, LVP flooring, paint (Sherwin‑Williams), and all associated hardware. The work must comply with 2021 IBC, state codes, and manufacturer specifications, be performed by licensed contractors (BC‑B/BC‑C), and completed by February 12 2027. A pre‑construction conference is required, and the contractor must provide warranties, insurance, and maintain a clean site.
