The Department of Veterans Affairs Medical Center intends to negotiate a sole source contract for the relocation of a CT scanner and a CT laser system from one building to another at the Durham VA Medical Center. The contract will be awarded to LAP of America Laser Application LLC, and the justification for this sole source procurement is in accordance with FAR 12.102(A) soliciting from a single source. The relocation will take place from the basement of the Medical Center in the Radiation Oncology Department to the new Specialty Care. * The contract is for the relocation of a CT scanner and a CT laser system. * The relocation will take place within the Durham VA Medical Center. * The contract will be awarded to LAP of America Laser Application LLC. * The justification for this sole source procurement is in accordance with FAR 12.102(A) soliciting from a single source.
