The City of Laurinburg seeks a single prime contractor to execute a turn‑key upgrade of its fueling facility. The scope includes the removal of two underground 12,000‑gallon storage tanks and associated piping, disposal of a DEF above‑ground tank, installation of two new 12,000‑gallon above‑ground gasoline/diesel tanks, one new 850‑gallon DEF tank, new underground piping to five dispenser sumps, installation of five fuel dispensers (two unleaded, two diesel, one DEF), demolition of an existing canopy, and construction of a new 52’×55’ canopy with concrete padding.
