Description
The City is seeking a contractor to provide labor, materials, supplies, equipment, and tools for the installation of an irrigation system and a water feature mechanical system at the 9th St. Park Peace & Healing Garden. The irrigation system includes the installation of mainline and lateral pipes, fittings, valves, and sprinklers. The water feature mechanical system includes the installation of a pump, control panel, piping, and fittings. The contractor must ensure that all work is done in accordance with the contract documents and applicable codes and regulations. The contractor must also provide a 1-year guarantee/warranty for the work and materials.
