Description
The City of Asheville is seeking a qualified contractor to supply and install six roll‑up garage doors (or alternate aluminum grilles) for the lower level of the Aston Park Tennis Center. The contractor must provide all labor, materials, equipment, testing, and warranty coverage, and must comply with all applicable building codes and the City’s Business Inclusion and Drug‑Free Workplace policies.
• Install six (6) non‑insulated steel roll‑up doors (two with special locks) – or select one of two alternates (all‑aluminum grilles or a hybrid mix).
• Provide a 24‑month warranty on steel doors (12‑month on aluminum); perform testing and cycling of each unit prior to acceptance.
• Coordinate permitting, site safety, daily debris removal, and sequencing with City staff; obtain written approvals for any scope changes.
