Description
The Fermi National Accelerator Laboratory is seeking a proposal for the provision of WR1150 Waveguide Dual directional Couplers. The proposal should include a firm-fixed price for the specified assemblies, which must meet the provided specifications. The couplers should have a center frequency of 650 MHz, a bandwidth of 10 MHz, and a power of 70 kW CW forward. The proposal should also include a completed SARC and PUR-466 form. The contract will be awarded to the supplier who is deemed responsible and whose proposal conforms to the solicitation's requirements, and is judged to represent the best value.
• The proposal should include a completed RFP page, SARC Form, and a PUR-466 Form.
• The couplers should have a coupling of 50 +/- 0.5 dB at 650MHz.
• The couplers should have a directivity of ≥ 40 dB across bandwidth.
• The mainline VSWR should be < 1.02:1.
• The insertion loss should be < 0.01 dB.
• The coupling port VSWR should be ≤ 1.2:1 Typical.
• The coupling ports should be dual broad wall (same side) loop couplers, radiation resistant material, external termination.
• The coupling port connectors should be Type N, female, 50 Ω, radiation resistant material.
• The pressure should be 2 PSIG internal pressure.
• The material should be Aluminum 6061, corrosion resistant.
• The surface finish should be RoHS compliant chemical conversion coating.
• The length should be 12” +/- 0.1”.
• All units must be serialized and labeled with their calibration information and length +/- 0.1”.
• S-Matrix data must be shared for each unit.
• Delivery should be 20 weeks ARO.
