The City of Salina is seeking a qualified vendor to supply one new diesel‑powered rotary rough mower with a single, self‑contained deck, meeting detailed performance specifications, and to optionally accept a trade‑in of a 2018 Toro mower. The contract includes delivery to the municipal golf course, on‑site training for the City superintendent, and provision of complete digital service manuals and a two‑year manufacturer warranty. Bids must be submitted in hard copy by the deadline, and the award will be made to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder.
• One (1) new rotary rough mower (2026 model or latest) – 55 HP diesel, 150‑in. cutting width, 7 × 27‑in. decks, power steering, mulching kit, air‑ride seat, etc.
• Optional trade‑in of a 2018 Toro 4000‑D mower (3,600 hrs, 2‑yr warranty) with credit to be stated by the bidder.
• Delivery to Municipal Golf Course, training on operation/maintenance, and provision of full digital parts/service manuals.
• No bid security required; bids must be hand‑delivered or couriered; evaluation based on lowest responsive bid and overall value.
