Description
The Army Contracting Command – Aberdeen Proving Ground (ACC-APG) is seeking to award a sole-source purchase order to Analog Devices Federal (ADF Group Inc.) for the supply of technical data packages, training, equipment, software, production parts, and services to develop new production and battery refresh organic capability of the KOV-21 Card (cryptographic card module) at Tobyhanna Army Depot (TYAD). The contract will be for a period of 14 months, and the primary contact for this opportunity is Kristen Zigmont.

• The contract is for a non-personal supply to provide personnel, equipment, supplies, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and other items necessary to perform the facilitation of KOV-21 new production and battery refresh at TYAD.
• The contractor must have a Secret Level Clearance and maintain the level of security required for the life of the contract.
• The contractor must provide a Quality Control Plan, a Work Plan, and other deliverables as specified in the contract.
• The contractor must comply with all Federal and State requirements governing safety and health protection on construction sites and other applicable occupational safety codes.
• The contractor must protect all government information that is or may be sensitive in accordance with FISMA by securing it with a FIPS 140-2 validated solution.
