Description
The U.S. Embassy Phnom Penh has a requirement for a vendor to provide the Preventive Maintenance of the Illumina Nextseq 2000 sequencing system to support ongoing research activities in Cambodia. The contractor will be required to perform two on-site preventive maintenance visits, provide full coverage of replacement parts, and offer virtual technical support. The contract will be for a period of one year, from March 7, 2026, to March 6, 2027.
• The contractor must provide a detailed technical specification and product catalog with their quotation.
• The contractor must guarantee that all offered items are new and in original packaging.
• The contractor must provide proof of Illumina certified technicians.
• The contractor must comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including those related to cybersecurity and supply chain risk management.
