Rockridge Pump Station Replacement Re-Bid

The City of Durango is seeking bids for the replacement of the Rockridge Pump Station. The project involves furnishing and installing a factory-built booster pump station, salvaging the existing factory pump station, furnishing and installing a backup generator, and installing new pipelines with connections to the pump station and existing waterlines. The project also includes the installation of security fencing, extension and installation of communication and electrical conduits, and restoration of existing surface conditions. • The pump station can only be shut down for a maximum of 5 hours during the switch from the existing pump station to the new pump station. • A non-mandatory pre-bid conference will be held on November 4th, 2025, at the project site. • Bids must be submitted electronically and organized in the format indicated in the bid package. • The minimum font size for bid submissions is 12, and the maximum page length is 20 pages.
