Description
The Emanuel County Board of Education is seeking qualified contractors to upgrade the existing pumping station that serves the Swainsboro High School concession stand. The scope includes removal of existing pumps, valves, and piping; installation of two new 5 HP grinder pumps, a new central control panel with circuit breakers, motor starters, automatic level controls, complete internal wiring, high‑water alarm, running‑time meters, and a new hatch cover with access door. Vendors must provide equipment, labor, warranty information, and a detailed implementation timeline. Evaluation will consider pump manufacturer reputation, vendor experience with pump stations, total cost, warranty terms, parts availability, and references. Site visits are encouraged but not mandatory.
