Description

The Defense Health Agency (DHA) is seeking information on industry best practices and innovative commercial technologies to acquire a comprehensive solution for an integrated workforce and readiness platform. The platform should natively link critical domains, providing a single, integrated view to meet the dynamic demands of both garrison healthcare and the operational environment. The solution should address five high-level use cases: Total Force Visibility, The Joint Staff & Assured Operational Readiness, Enterprise Visibility for Non-Clinical & Support Personnel, Intelligent Automated Workforce Scheduling & Compliance, and The MTF Commander & Predictive Capacity Modeling. • The platform must be capable of ingesting and reconciling data from disparate HR and manpower systems. • The system must provide a comprehensive competency tracking module for all personnel categories. • The solution must include an intelligent rules-based scheduling engine for the entire MTF workforce. • The system must be able to automatically model the downstream impact of staffing changes on facility capacity. • The solution must provide real-time alerts and notifications for critical mismatches and expiring certifications.

Budget estimate

$5,000,000 – $50,000,000

Given the complexity and scope of the integrated workforce and readiness platform, the estimated budget could range from $5 million to $50 million. The factors influencing this estimate include the number of users, the complexity of the system, the level of customization required, and the duration of the contract. As this is a Request for Information (RFI) and not a Request for Proposal (RFP), the actual budget will depend on the specific requirements and proposals submitted in response to a potential future RFP.
