MCM-9, FIREMAIN CORD FM-OR-1-72-4 REPAIR, FIREMAIN PIPING FOR FIRE PLUG 01-45-2 REPLACE, MHS RELIEF VALVE AND UNION FITTING REPLACE

The US Navy is seeking a contractor to repair the firemain cord FM-OR-1-72-4, replace the firemain piping for fire plug 01-45-2, and replace the MHS relief valve and union fitting on the USS PIONEER (MCM-9) at Sasebo Naval Base in Japan. The contractor must possess a current Master Ship Repair Agreement (MSRA) or Agreement for Boat Repair (ABR) to be eligible for award. The period of performance is from 14 Jul 2026 to 31 Oct 2026. • The contractor will be responsible for performing the work aboard the vessel at Sasebo Naval Base. • The contractor must comply with all applicable Federal, State, and local laws, codes, ordinances, and regulations. • The contractor must provide a price breakdown of the proposal. • The Government intends to make a single award to the responsive offeror whose total offer on all items is the most advantageous to the Government considering price and other factors.
