Description
The Government seeks two (2) commercial (12 Head), industrial-grade multi-head embroidery machines meeting the minimum requirements or three (3) commercial (8 Head), industrial-grade multi-head embroidery machines meeting the minimum requirements. The machines should have a minimum of 15 needles per head, be capable of embroidery on flat goods and caps, and include a cap framing system compatible with multi-head operation. The machines should also have high-speed embroidery capability with automatic thread trimming and color change, consistent stitch quality, and a user interface with a modern control system. The contractor shall provide access to service technicians within the southeastern United States, availability of replacement parts, and technical support. The contractor shall also deliver and install the machines on-site.

• Technical support availability (phone and/or on-site)
