BOA Synopsis - Notice of Intent to Sole Source

The NAVSUP-WSS is seeking eligible contractors to furnish effort, including labor, material, and facilities, to evaluate, repair, and/or modify various items. The government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source, Northrop Grumman Systems Corporation, under the authority of FAR 6.302-1. The contract will support the repair of the SPQ-9B Radar Set System and other systems that support the fleet's mission. • The government does not possess the necessary data to repair the equipment/items solicited from any source other than Northrop Grumman Systems Corporation. • The contract will consist of 5 base years. • The government will consider all responses received within 15 days after the date of publication of this sources sought notice. • Approval of a source is required, and the government will not delay the award while source approval is pending.
