The Government Publishing Office (GPO) is issuing a small‑purchase RFQ on behalf of the Department of Homeland Security’s Federal Law Enforcement Training Center (FLETC) for the production of printed “target” sheets on waterproof synthetic paper. The vendor must print 10,005 copies of each of two jacket designs (total 20,010 targets) plus five agency copies of each, using offset or flexographic printing with black ink only, and meet strict packaging, labeling, and delivery requirements to two separate sites in New Mexico and Georgia. The bid must be submitted by 11:00 AM ET on 13 July 2026, with proofs due by 20 July 2026 and final delivery no later than 26 August 2026.

• Delivery to Artesia, NM (bulk) with lift‑gate/pallet‑jack, and to Glynco, GA (agency copies); advance notice required 24 hours before shipment.
