Demo Phase 18 Tyndall AFB

The United States Air Force is seeking a contractor to perform demolition services for 3 buildings/facilities located on Tyndall AFB, Florida. The contractor will be responsible for all professional services, permits, equipment, labor, tools, materials, and ancillary items necessary to complete the tasks defined by the Statement of Work (SOW). The contractor must adhere to various guidance and regulations during the construction phase, including Unified Facilities Criteria, United States Army Corps of Engineers, and Air Force Standards. • The contractor must perform the required services in accordance with the SOW, applicable Construction Wage Rate, and all other contract terms and conditions. • The contractor must adhere to applicable codes, regulations, and specifications, including those related to safety, environmental protection, and accessibility. • The contractor must ensure that all work is done in accordance with the most stringent requirements in case of conflicts between codes, regulations, and specifications.
