Description
DeKalb County School District is seeking qualified vendors to provide bond counsel legal services. The selected vendor will provide services in accordance with the specifications, requirements, and terms and conditions stated in the RFP. The services will include all labor, materials, tools, specialized equipment, supplies, trained personnel, insurance, travel, per diem, direct and indirect administrative costs, overhead, tolls, parking, fuel, lodging, and all other costs and charges necessary to provide the services. The vendor must comply with the Georgia Security and Immigration Compliance Act and provide certification of compliance.
• The RFP includes a detailed scope of work, general requirements, and terms and conditions.
• The vendor must provide a cost proposal, technical proposal, and other required documents.
• The evaluation criteria include the vendor's experience, qualifications, and cost.
• The contract will be awarded to the vendor that best meets the requirements and criteria.
• The vendor must comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and policies.
