This solicitation seeks a vendor to supply and deliver impedance bonds and associated hardware kits for SEPTA’s rail infrastructure. The purchase includes all accessories, packaging, and related services needed to fulfill the delivery. Bidders must comply with the Pennsylvania Steel Products Act, the Buy America Act, and several federal non‑discrimination statutes.
